For the Tainted weapons the 200 damage and 100% crit buffs seem to not spawn at all, even with the 5/5 set equipped. Do they have an extremely low chance to appear or are they just bugged?

I'm already starting to like this tainted set. I haven't noticed which of the two spawns. but I feel that this buff rarely appears, especially when fighting bosses.

They do have a low chance - but they should certainly show up in normal play.
We will take a look and see if something broke :-)
