Well title says it all folks, im Making a pvp character lvl 60-61 and dont know what class i should use, what build, and what gear.

Probably make a 61 bird with 61 sanguine longbow set with pure dex for max damage.

L61 Lilith/L60 Demonic
Mostly Int, but a bit of Dex for added damage
I think around 67 Dex is nice, to get the 10 Damage ring.
You also would want the Dex for the added Hit %, those Orlok bears are tough.
