No , there’s a guild ban option for banning a user from guild (if user is banned he doesn’t get that guild invite if someone invites him) .
There’s no unban option as per my knowledge & I tried all possible options, Cinco , asommers please add unban option asap!

Thats the command they have, it works for me, did a lot of tests with guild ban when it was released.

I want to learn that too did you say means the player that we want to ban is on our guild? To remove follow by banned?

If that guy has another character in your guild ban list that can explain.
Because all characters of the same account are banned if any of igns is added to guild ban list.
