Dark Binding now works as designed in PvP
Vermin Swarm Damage reduced to not be overpowered at rank 2+
Leap Damage adjusted for rank 2+

Think they just changed how it works in PvP. And the level 31 bug affecting XP HAS been fixed hours after its discovery I believe.

Correct, this reflects the PvE stats associated with Dark Binding. In PvP the damage is less, with its primary purpose being to either ensnare or stun players. I expect some very interesting CTF strategies to emerge from good teamwork with Dark Binding in the mix. :vsmile:

Leap should have stayed the same, also the changes in these skills made the lvl 2 not worth it and its unfair to the people who upgraded those skills. Can STS reset everyone skill points due to the change in those skills?

Just respecced before the update now my char is useless in pvp.....plat is to low to respec again so ya a reset would be nice.

I totally agree the rank 2 leap is a waste of skill point... Maybe it needs to be adjusted again? Like change it to +30~+50 it's now +13~+27 and isn't a big difference as rank 1

can we still have our skill points reset? It is pretty messed up after the updates of the skills.

btw i'd like a long grip with dark binding, can you do that even if the damage is further reduced?
