Late push notifications

Don't know if anyone else has this problem, but i consistently get push notifications days our even a week late.

For example, i just got one a minute ago saying there was new content in DL. "Fight the Gargoyle Lord!"

Yeah been this way since they were added, and they're still coming even though I have them disabled. Completely broken!

Off to bump my thread. Updated it with all the bugs related to push notifications.

1. They make the task un-killable. Must kill manually.
2. They show up even when disabled.
3. They show up late.
