Rahab gold farming

Since we have many people who can farm non stop and probably make way too much gold while we have also many people who can't play alot but still need farm gold primarly because of this dang 1b aps, maybe the solution would be to apply a weekly quota to every accounts?

Probably making it 50 - 80m for the max gold farm quota per each portal opening? Just an opinion. And it is per account for the quota.

My opinion is still sticking with nerfing Initial gold drop from chests.

Some guys spend alot of money to get high gold loot and i dont think they did to farm goal faster.

It must be a good nerf on the chest in my eyes

First people complain rahab drops too little gold. After buff, people complain it drops too much gold and how some other people farm non-stop (can't really see why is that a problem though, nobody is stopping you from farming non-stop too, but anyway). Nothing will ever satisfy arcane legends players.

Cutting off the gold loot cap in the map is like persistently farming gold with 0% GL. Zero logic.

If u are suggesting a player should have to pay in order to play specific content, rahabkor in this case, its a -1 from me.

Just reduce the gold drop, why should anyone need to have an initial sum of gold in order to farm gold?
Players already invest on buying gold loot items, thats enough quota.

People will get around this anyways but besides this... playing should never be capped, especially not in games that basically build on grinding the content.

Reducing it drop rate to normal’s drop rate maybe and adding more items to drop from it like kraken armor as an example. Or something else idk to make people play it would regulate the kraken inflation aswell it’s been 2-3 months that kraken doesn’t stop rising 200m+ except for warrior that is the « bad class » that people quit.

A quota or cap with decay doesn’t sound fun to me.

Open rates should be slower and the gold drops should be decreased to address inflation.

And how about not introducing new items that can give players even more GL awakes?
Like seriously guys make up your mind already, if you are going to be giving out venal sets like candy then don't complain later that there is too much gold in game :/

We aren’t taking about removing the gold loot bonuses; we are talking about the base loot. If you have better gl than the next guy you’ll still be making more gold.

Problem with reducing gold loot drop is that those who can play 24h will still be the one who are advantage, the average Joe who can log only for short time(because he works and/or have family) and do those portal mostly for the 1 billion gold aps will be penalize even if those players are the ones who buy plats the most i'm sure....

Using alts, players will work around this with ease. It will have no effect.

If the only solution is to nerf gold, then can it be possible to have another way to advance the 1 billion gold aps?

I'm thinking of maybe make count the gold chest we can buy with token from somberholt vendor? And maybe add other gold chest from zodia vendor?

You are focusing on the symptoms instead of the illness that is causing it,
if we remember how things started falling down then it goes something like this..

Sunken ship becomes the hot spot for Gold farming >> players complain that there is too much gold in game >> devs nerf boss gold drop and buff mobs gold drop >> players are still unhappy >> devs increases chances of venal sets from locks during winter >> players are still unhappy >> devs buff portal opening speed and bosses gold drop >> players are distracted farming gold while still complaining that there is too much gold >> devs introduce bracelets that can have GL awakes >> prices skyrocket and players once again complain that there is too much gold in game.

Personal opinion, you should remove gold loot awakes entirely from the game otherwise we are going to be in here once again in a few weeks/months. ... not everyone have 20h free a day to farm rahab theres ppl who farming max 10m in 1 day after nerf 1b aps for them will took 3 years. as ppl said they farm 300m in 1 rahab portal first point its fake bcs even if all runs u do in 15s u cant do that with 1k+gl and second point if u guys really farm more than 200m in day go do something with ur real life XD also theres a newbies who need lots of time for complete run after gold farm nerf it will took so long for them to farm enought gold for buy good gears
