I want to sell items, but I don't have gold. We know that putting the price of an item on auction is subject to a 5% tax, is it possible for us to put an item on auction for free? so after an item is sold the tax deduction is no longer 5%, there is an additional fee for the tax price which maybe 10%.

The issue with this is that players will start spam trolling auction with items since it costs them 0 gold to list, there needs to be some tax for listing or we will have a mess

Sorry, won't happen. Players will put all items up regardless of worth and players will also use this for item storage.
