People will still farm gold regardless. As long as there is much more gold inflow then there is being liquidated, inflation will always occur.
If anything, vanities wouldn't drop, but rather maybe rise, at a slower rate after the nerf.
However, gears may be affected.

Vanity wont drop in price there will always be a gold farm ppl will still make millions after the nerf...nothing will stop inflation unless they kill gold loot farm 100% and that wont happen
