Hi, just wondering does sts support work today? i have mistakenly deleted character and need a reply mail from them. so anyone knows?

Yesterday was Labor Day which is a federal holiday most companies were closed including STS. This week I would imagine they are only open Tuesday for Friday and will resume normal operating hours next week. Do to the extended weekend I'm sure they have a lot of reports to go through, but wisp get to you soon enough... Good luck and be patient :)

Yes Alexander is new... He answered one of my issues a few weeks ago. Just suprised he was working yesterday...lol
