today is labor day, so i wouldnt expect to hear back from them today. i can tell you that you wont be ignored. :)

Explains why there are not any developers online. But double experience ends today? Is it a automatic patch in this case?

I believe they do not answer on week-ends or holidays.And today is Labor Day so they might be off today to.
