Has anyone opened that egg or perhaps can tell us about the passive?
Is it worth it?
and also, is the reducing of damage effect guarantee or chance dependent?

It's a joke in pvp. 70% damage debuff when wars do 1/4 the damage already. It's like they are trying to find new ways to completely ruin pvp, i bet bosses and most end game mobs are immune though so gg.

skeletops does -75% damage effect but it says "chance to inflict" that debuff.
On Cryptareth it says nothing about a chance, that is why I ask.

Also a suggestion is adding more AA's of cleansing debuff effects

Timur passive reduce armor continues with no cd on pvp, but this spider pet i think just like heroic tadthep passive it says nothing about a chance but not continue reducing damage and crit on pvp but i dont think in pve.

Don't think this pet is worth the price listed in cs else it is already sold out... Explain much about the damage..

any skill that removes negative effects is counter, like mage shield or glowstick aa. It's a good passive for temple event.
