Hello Devs! I am writing this for my friend who is on his level 1 character rogue.
He recently bought platinum on his account using his Level 1 character and made his character level 2 after purchasing platinum. And YES he also had his level 1 character on Disabled XP but somehow levelled up to 2 when he purchased platinum.
Futumsh asommers Cinco Can you guys fix this? It would also help and prevent low level Twinks from leveling up unintentionally.
Is it also possible to reverse his level back to level 1? He did write support ticket about this. Hopefully support would help him bring his level back down as he was keeping it lvl 1 for so long and it levelled up to level 2 just now.
Ps. He wanted to stay on level 1 as he was trying to unlock maps and complete as much achievements as he could with just level 1. I hope you guys help him. Thanks and have a great day!
