I am a returnjng player, I havn’t play since 2019, i came back and i log in with my email and i noticed i dont have my account and characters.My main character was a mage named Azersxd if i remember corectly lvl 71 and a secondary account a rogue named ijinxi.
What happen to my account?

Those characters still exist, so if you were able to log in, you were using the wrong account credentials.
