+ Ursoth's Assault returns with two week-long Leaderboard challenges and a cache of awesome new rewards!
+ Limited quantities of the vibrant and colorful "Nature's Balance" aura will be in the store March 11th and 12th.
+ Sublime "God of the Dead" and "Ancient Warrior" auras will be in the Store on March 18th and 19th.

Guaranteed loot is supposed to be give after 300 pulls. Store crates require 600.
Is it oversight?

Class specific guaranteed loot was the badge only, no arcane.
Crate description clearly states "300 pulls for a guaranteed level 81 Arcane" without saying "a chance" or something.

Well, i thought guaranteed was added to give players a item worth the 3k plats (Arcane item) and not a badge for 3k plats.
I hope this is a bug coz in vday there was badge + arc...

Last time on vday announcement ppl complained about this and Cinco said "badge is in addition to" not "instead of" why was that changed?

This will be fixed with today's update.

This is an error. With the next update the badge will be in addition to the guaranteed Arcane.
We'll track-down customers that experienced this. Feel free to reach out to Customer Service and let them know that you were affected.

@cinco can we hear the specific amounts elite/normal rahabakor were nerfed? And some insight on why normal got nerfed more (if it did)?

Nerf of op GL map was a good thing.
Now we need more gold sinks such as awak event without tradable ones.
And more content.
