Quest - Forest Haven - Talk to the Sheriff - Doesn't exist for me

I have a hint on my quests that says "Talk to Sheriff in Towne, for your next quest." Forest Haven Sheriff does nothing for me. He only says "At Your Service" and there is no quest given. Is this a bug?

Could be a bug.
Or you might have a preceding requirement quest to unlock that one.
Quest helper is sort of glitching atm.

Try hitting auto attack in town. That usually makes an arrow show under your feet that leads you to who you need to talk to :)

I've just tried that out but unfortunately it doesn't solve my problem :-( I know who I have to talk to, it's just that the sheriff isn't letting me complete the quest. Hopefully this will be fixed soon as I'm enjoying this game and need a quest to do!

I am having this exact same issue! I am a level 17 Mage and I don't have any quests. Instead it says to speak with the sheriff, but when I do all he says is 'At your service'. I can't progress any further. I only just started playing two days ago. Is there a way to resolve this or are we not able to progress past this point?

Hey Avelynia!
I managed to get past that point by playing chapters from the mini map that i had played before and levelling up which seemed to unlock new quests. Try that and good luck!
