Dragonet ichor is hard to make. You might have to squish a few Dragonets to get one.

Also noticed theres 0/2 quests in blacksmoke mountain

You have to destroy the monolith before the boss to get dragonet ichor I think.

Weird. I was just about to come in here and say that it counts if you destroy the monolith before the boss, because so far the only times I've gotten an ichor is when that has happened. I guess that's just a coincidence though, since devs themselves has said this isn't true.

Since when is killing a boss 500 times easy, let alone the quest drops not being guaranteed. I'll enjoy this new "Cyber" style quest though, gives me something to do.

He did 300 nonstop runs with friends.
It does seem to hover at a 50% drop rate.
He has 158 out of 300 runs.
I assume it's a 1k run thing, to get all 500.

Not sure why, but I prefer this style of quest over having to rely on drops like the previous elite weapons. I think it's because it's not easy to do, but still gives everyone a guaranteed chance to get an item if they put in the work.
