Can we increase proc chance on kraken aegis?

I feel like kraken armor have more chance to proc than this.
I don't know if it is just me but even using axe throw (max mastery) for pre-proc is still like 50/50 chance.

The prix chance is fine.
I use axe throw and the hammer that has dot to proc and magma AA.
But the dmg are just too low. Cause only the proc has good dmg.
If we had dmg boost like on other mob cleaners it could be better.

Use kraken belt
It helps to proc wep faster:)
