Add an option for banning yourself from awaking/opening keys

For all people who are addicted to gambling (and can't control it) and lose their money on it.
In settings should be an option for blocking account from gambling. It would mean that you wouldn't be able to OPEN (you could still buy and sell them except bound normal awaks, just you wouldn't be able to open them) crate keys, elite gems and bound normal awaks from awakening event (with an exception of untradeable crate keys and elite awaks from event). You could ban yourself from it temporary or permanently. This process would be irreversible.

It wouldn't affect $ that much, since we would be able to buy and sell awaks, just wouldn't be able to use them. People who want to take risk would still gamble.
