Ahhh lol, when I'm immy messages (on forums) and multiple people have sent me something. I reply to 1 then I go back to answer the next one. When I finish typing the 2nd one and hit send it says "error pmfloodcheck" after I Wait about 5 mins I can send it

There's a time limit between sending private messages, that may be your problem.
