I asked and some say 5 mil and some say it's a piece of trash, so any experts wanna help me? :)

If its like a ursan gem blade or jewel thief gem dagger then its less than 5k

Lol!!! I had a scammer try to sell me an account for 7500 gold. So I entered the trade window and said show me the other account in the trade window so I can see what I'm buying. He asked me how he was going to show me. I replied "Not my problem, I need to see what I'm buying before I put 1 gold in the window.". Needless to say, he promptly left and tried to start another bidding war in the chat screen. I kept telling everybody I already bought it for 50 gold.
