Can you remove Reagan arti effect on settings ?

Can the devs thinks of a way to get rid of the effect pls , it looks nice but sometimes is too bright and can ruin my outfit , if we can turn it off via “disable set visuals” or just a way to remove its effect , would be nice! Thank you
