Hello! Guys, I'm thinking about what level of small club should I make, where is the best, where the most people play? Level 2 or level 10 or level 16? Which one makes you stronger? Have a lot of comments, thanks!

Twink is dead.
Don't buy gears, you won't be able to use them at all.
You will need to find other people who play at this levels, then wait for them to be online (by that time, you may get busy irl too)
So basically, all the starts have to align for you to be able to PvP at low level.
