Platinum Reward - Jewel Chest

I currently have the platinum tier in three of my characters, and I have noticed that in none of the characters have I received the Jewel Chest as a Platinum award. Please have a look at this.

Please have a look at this.Upon reaching platinum tier, the jewel chest instantly opens. You get a jewel, not a chest. It is also written in the Jewel Chest description.

Written as "Jewel Chest (contains Standard up through Flawless jewels - cannot be traded or stashed"
