Current dragon vanities will still exist.
What he means is no more "future" or "copies" of dragon vanities.
Note how he adds "This is getting old."

1. Black Dragon are armor and helm. No set either, and possibly can be converted into Vanity in future, but no stats.
Black Dragon are only there because they give best offensive stats in game ATM.
Elite weapon and Blk Dragon don't make set.
The only use of using gold to buy the Black Dragon is for the stats.

Yes, Techno said that the Black Dragon "converted to vanity" appearance will probably include some sparkles or effects. No stats, though.

AFAIK, what Techno said is that Black Dragon gear may be convertible into vanities in the future. I don't think anything definite was stated.

Cant really expect the devs to answer each question one would have. Atleast let there be some mystery left in the game.

Well if it turns to vanity I feel bad for those spending millions to buy it now, as future vanity won't have stats. If they converted black dragon to vanity then that means the stats will be taking away. Of course if your ballin out of control then you won't mind spending money to have a temporary stats boost.
