There are some young kids playing this game apparently who do not understand the stats at all and just wear whatever gear they think looks nice. I see this all the time. When your character's level is higher than his/her armor, you know there is a problem.

with how close both pvp deaths/kills are and how many pve deaths he has mixed with 143 quest points you can tell this person is obviously dying on purpose. i doubt this is all out of being terrible.

Agreed with u Energizic, just by seeing what they are wearin shows they may not be the best pve or pve or wtvr, but finishin those quest good job , means they enjoy the game for other reasons then some,

Yeah, there is no problem with them playing if they enjoy it. Whenever I see a toon like this I always offer some advise or give them a cheap item which will help them upgrade their stats.
