I just bought plat. I used a card, on a computer.

Plat hasn't showed up in 4 hours already, but money got taken out of card and transaction completed.

Has this happened to anyone?

Should i wait or write support now?

But idk how muxh u bought but ive bought some $5 and 10$ here an there an they usually go right in, maybe try writin devs of course to see whats goin on, 4hrs is along time :/ good luck

standard procedure is to e-amil support like Hunter said. Their hours are 9am - 5pm central time so as of the time i'm writing this it will be about 2 hours and 5 min before they open up shop. Make sure you explain fully what happened, and what account the plat is supposed to go to.
