Looks like bugged passive..
It says stuns single target. But is chance to stun single target.
Can you change description or fix stun with 100% stun

On each egg it always says its just chance to stun.

It always stuns but there is a cooldown on the effect so it doesn’t perpetually stun lock.

In PvE the cooldown is 10 seconds. In PvP it's 15.
