there was a recent patch to bump the stats for 31 FB :)

That would be the old one, no one that has FB 31 told me the new one, or maybe it isn't updated in that patch... no news.

Its in the announcement forum. They posted the info that went out on the last patch and it mentions the boost to FBs went out with that patch update.
