Dark binding?

I see that the skill dark binding saids to be unlock at lvl 28 but I'm lvl 30 but I didn't got the dark binding power.why?is it a bug or something I still need to do to unlock it?

You need to put a skill point on it

Unless you have invested a skill point into it it will not be available.

Haven't you been getting skill points as you have been leveling up? You usually get a point every 2-3 levels. By level 31 you should have about 16 skill points. O.o

Do you have auto leveling enabled on your Powers page?
