Cap Vanity Question

A good point was brought up in game today. At what point will we get a set bonus on are cap vanities ?
In pl it scaled by pieces like if you had 2 you had so Much then it got better with more added. Is SL cap vanities gonna go like that or will it be until we get full set?

Think that's what I heard too, think Sam or someone high up said set bonus will be for the complete set.

Yup, when I mentioned about the blurry comm chest. I was given the same answer too.

Will be for full set only, however that was back last year, so anythings possible. As we were told Comm chest would never get anymore detail either (;
