Oktal Armor Materials Bug

This is an issue that needs to get addressed, as you can no longer farm the materials required to craft level 85 - 95 oktal armor sets.

I have tried a level 80, 85, and 115 to farm materials for armor. Yes, weapon materials drop, and ASYLUM armor materials drop. I even tried hyper swamp, but only orbs dropped. I asked for help in the Discord on how to farm these materials, and it seems that people were farming them just fine around a year ago.

One of the issues may be that level 80 characters cannot receive the quest that allows you to enter the oktal swamp. But on an 85, you can take the quest and finish it but only drop oktal weapon materials and asylum materials. This is the same with a level 115. I tried to have Sunflwershine help me out, but we both came to the conclusion that the drops may be broken as they could be farmed in the past. Please STS, fix this!

The npc Swamp forge , allows you to craft level 95 elite armors. Which is essential to craft the Level 100 armors to complete the level 100 sets.

Where Oktal crafting materials such as :
Oktal armor pattern,
oktal armor base,
oktal armor seal,
oktal leather/cloth/plate swatch

All can not be looted anymore in The Ok'Tal Odyssey campaign maps 1 to 3
Ok'Tal Basin
Ok'Tal Bayou
Ok'Tal Bog

The armor components are still available to loot - but you / your party need to be level 90 or lower to get them.

What do you mean? I've tried it with an 85 and 115 and no armor components drop. Do you mean you have to level 90 to drop them?

I think you have to be L90-94.

That is really bizarre because over level 90 we always looted the ASLYUM crafting materials.

And I do recall only looting oktal materials for a small amount of time levelling 85+ in the Ok'Tal quest line of 25, 50, 100, 150.

I do recall a change made in the drop rate of quest crystals was increased as well as elite helms for lower levels in Basin map , unsure if this affected the drop rates of the Otktal crafting materials for levels 85 to 90.

I think I might need to create a level 85 character and run the map and see because others are experiencing difficulties in getting any oktal materials at all at level 85.

I created a level 85 character, and these are my results.

Level 85 to 86 was purely xp orbs
Level 87 to 89 was the best levels to loot the OkTal crafting armor materials
Level 90 was mainly xp orbs and one crafting material.

My conclusion to farm Ok'Tal armor crafting components you need to be level 87 to 89.
