The staff triggers a dragon pet to heal if I'm not mistaken, not sure where "puddle of h20" came from.
And here's the visual from the bow. This doesn't do it justice tho the whole thing is swirling around all chaotic.

It is, like the elite sea blaster, a random ocurance. might see 2 quickly or wait a while to see. You see a orange shockwave come out of it when it does the secondary damage.
It really is cool looking, like in that pic the enemy dies, fall backwards into what looks like the yawning maw of hades pulling them into the underworld. Rawr

You literally just got the new daily blessings system that allows you the opportunity earn cool stuff such as unique vanities. Just log in! You DON'T even have to PLAY or PAY, which is perfect for you apparently.

Also the forgotten treasure event was free, easy, and offered limited edition "non elite" purple and pink items.

My roomate is a mechanical engineer, going for his masters in engineering, and he wouldn't even have 5-6 hours of homework a night. After 4 years of business administration I probably averaged 10-15 hours a week of homework.

Ok listen, all I'm saying, is that this game is "elite this" and "elite that". There's a whole category of items dedicated to you guys. As well as 2 dungeons, a helmet, and vanities.
