Level 35 pure dex bird help.

What with the new bows and such, I thought a pure bird at 35 would be fun, but am lost as to where to allocate skill points. Help would be appreciated, so if you possess any knowledge on the matter, let's hear it.

I personally haven't tried it, but I'm guessing its something like:
6 evade
6 focus
5 blast
1 shattering scream
5 repulse
6 blinding shot
6 break armor
Honestly, im not sure.

This is a decent kite one... And remember to use roots :)!
