Here's an short and simple answers. Currently, Pocket Legends is not using "Tapjoy" for offers, they are using W3i meaning, if you were to try and find offers for pocket legends in tapjoy.com, there simply would be none. It is not the fault of tapjoy but because Pocket Legends is currently not using tapjoy.
Most of the time, Pocket Legends uses W3i for offers, But occasionally, Tapjoy offers appears. So stay active and tapjoy offers might return!
