Sent from my vivo 1907 using TapatalkGuen and meph aa both give non stacking speed.
30%speed lix is non stacking too. Only the 25%one from auc or plat stacks.
The non stacking wont stack because ss gives 100%speed non stacking so the other non stacking components are not counted as it only counts the highest non stacking stat.
