The circled area is in 2D while the effect is 3D.

Not really sure what you're talking about, but it's a forgotten vanity, it looks exactly like it does in its original location.

I mean, the circled area(the tying rope) is in 144p but the stick and effect(lightning) is in 720-1080p. Sorry bad english xD.
