Its a random draw as far as sam said on fridays random accounts in Sl,PL,and DL get some sort of enhancer you may get lucky you may not. As for me ive gotten one three times two 2x 7day and a classy looter i feel special everytime it gets me to play more even since they added the 1k + 24hr lixir i was able to play/grind for more than 5mins since thursday lol
