Tell Sound Disappeared

I Got All Sounds To Max And It Never Make A Sound
Before I Had The Sound But At Sometime It Disappear With No Reason Idk If Its My Device But Even Up Max Sound Never Heard

Maybe you disabled tell sounds in settings?

Its in Settings -> Social tab, scroll down to the bottom for Chat category and you can see 'Disable Tell Sound' option
