Different powers

How can you get new powers besides leveling? I am at 31 but only have about half the available ones. I notice a lot of others have some really cool ones. I can change the powers I do have in my lair but they aren't all available. The one that looks like silly string and kills several victims ahead of you is really cool. Lol :)

It all depends on where you put your skill points. You probably don't have all the skills because you put some points in passive skills (the 4 skills at the very bottom).

You get skill points from leveling. If you have auto leveling set your points will be used as soon as you get them. You can turn that off
