Suggestion: (leaderboard is optional) , adding weekly challenges: for guild members to participate in different events, they don't have to be that awarding( maybe elixir chest or something by the end of event).
Points based system.
Monday to Friday challenges: harvesting, minion kills whatever (every morning and evening for 2-4hrs)
And by end of friday calculate points, top 20-30guilds with highest points get to participate in big boss battle on Saturday (for random item chest)like 5-10 player boss battle. After defeating boss drop a limited time portal, small guild event: farming jewels from monsters with high drop rate (can be powerful jewel elixirs ) till Sunday.
