random free weeklong double xp enhancers ?

Um theres been numerous free weeklong double xp enhancers given out after update. This is kind of wrong seeing everyone didnt get one. How do i get one i want to cap asap but ppl seem to get those enhancers n cap in one or two days. I just want everyone to get a freebie please get a dev to respond to this.

I keep getting them for PL lol, 3 capped chars and a mule i dont level......here i could use them....
