STS-25 ZoRyx boss drop nerfed after update for lvl 45?

ok i am noticing ZoRyx doesnt give me pinks anymore on my lvl 45 commando, I am using luck enhancer and got 3-4 times purple (itself, not re-rolled) which is not re-rolled to pink.

this happened after the 2012-09-27 updates.

Before this update I could get re-rolled pinks like pink shockrails (lvl46) and implant (lvl46)

any lvl45 guys experiencing this?

I did a few runs earlier while using Miner's Luck but all drops re-rolled it purples and greens. If I get a purple and it doesn't re-rolls into a pink I will update this post.
