I guess, he wanna do shuyal planar arena and he needs someone with low ping to do the door thing there.
Mostly around 50.
But there are weird random ping spikes since awaken event is out

i also have 1Gb/s but had same ping with basic 4G data (was like 80Mb/s max), ping varies 130-250 cuz im from europe

Thats cuz the server is in the us
As I remember, when I play 2013-2015 ping is 100-150. But after winter 2015 ping drop and laggy.
