Add an optional non-LB timer in standard KT4 or any tomb domains

I honestly am just getting fed with the horrible remapping situation atm... i think adding a timer would just solve it, having a new timer each run would just prevent having to enter other people's "finished" run. I literally got 2 different KT3 maps as i was trying to reset with each map having different section of mobs cleared while some are even FULLY CLEARED and somehow i still got in it...
