At level 52, almost 53 and did almost all Balefort Sewers quests ... I think I only have to do 4 remaining bounty quests, but i can not find Drusilla Badelf anywhere.
So I went to Nuri's Circus for some action, but no-one is offering a lowly 52 bear any quests ... what am I missing ?
You just keep doing that level until she shows up, she spawns randomly.
I suggest clearing level except boss and remaking until you find her.

I'm pretty sure you have to be level 54 before you can take any quests at Nuri's. I think the elf by the big tent (I don't remember their name, sorry) says so.

Isnt she in the left path of stronghold? Same room where first mob is... Go left... Pretty sure but its been a long time

Yep, she should be left right after the start ; but she's never there. Not random enough ...
I'll keep joining up parties doing that level and hope to run into her. Unfortunately, the bosses there are the bandit king & queen and to be honest, they're not my favorites.

53 is minimum level for nuris

Why do people keep saying l54 is the minimum level to enter nuris lol, it's always the recommended level -2 in this case the level range is 55-60 so yeah a l53 can enter nuris!

Yes it is 53 minimum to enter nuris, but the QUESTS are not available to 53s

yup, just go to the left section and if she is not there, rmk. I had to do this like 8 times in a row until she showed up.

also she has obnoxiously low drop rates it seems compared to other sewer minibosses

It took me forever to kill Drusila also. I actually gave up on it and came back later at some point when I was a few levels higher, like maybe 60 or so. Then I just ran straight to the room where she spawns, skipping all the mobs along the way, and if she wasn't there, remake. Took a while, but finally she appeared.

Joined a couple of games, but didn't even see her ...
She should be immediately left, there's one mob in the corridor and one around her (if she's there) in the room, but most parties focus on the King & Queen further in the Stronghold. I stick around hoping they want to clear the whole level, but most quit after killing the bosses. And taking her + 2 mobs on alone is just too much.
Does she spawn right at the start or only when a number of enemies (bandit king & queen) are killed ??
I'm pretty sure she spawns at the beginning, I just went straight to her when I killed her!
