oh, You're talking about the last patch update.
Sorry to say that, you still have to download the patches from any other source if you cant download it from pl server, we dont have real life connection, so that it could be transferred through bluetooth, sd card, data cable etc. that means the problem persists anyway. Better use fast net connection.

P.S: if you know anyone(in real life) play pl in android, go ask him to send patches to your device, I'll tell the path if necessary :)

2. Turn off your device.
3. Turn your device back on and reinstall PL.
