Dozer aegis damage

Why does dozer aegis proc aura does less damage than auto hits on new map? is this a bug or is it suppose to be like that ?

idk exactly hm dmg is it suppose to deal, but old wpns always get nerfed in procs when new arrive (old by lvl cap)
