LVL 10 in Expedition Camp

is it still possible to get lvl 10 to Expedition camp and if so, how? Thanks :-)

u can use arc deary pet when killing any boss and it has a chance to open a portal that can take u to a random town or to deary island, so it would take u lots of tries but its (was, idk if still works) possible
