At l15.. I dunno, if your'e talking about pvp, I would highly suggest move up to l25 where survival is gettin higher.
But i'm pretty sure there's still some good builds out there, have to really dig it up tho lol

If your'e level 15, aren't you suppose to be having 14 skill points to spend?
I am no pro in Comando with that low skill points to spend, but.. Here's what I've come up with;
6-1-6-0
1-0-0-0
0-0-0-0
Vigor : 6 : For some vital healing when there's no engi around
Force Hammer : 6 : The only skill which you can use to get a decent dmg
Neutron Stomp : 1 : Decent knock-down to take aggro or pulling out mini-combo (Stomp + Slam + Hammer)
Graviton Slam : 1 : Cone Shape AoE Slow + Taunt.

20 skill points in that build but you want to that at lvl 16?!

Without increase mass ops kill you really fast
