If you use Facebook to log into your account, please contact support to have it converted to an email/password based account.
Logins were disabled on Facebook's end, and due to the difficulty of dealing with them, we will no longer be supporting Facebook login.
Support will need to verify ownership of accounts before making any changes. Please include as much of the following information as possible when contacting them:
- Email address of the Facebook account?
- Character's name and level?
- Region/Country the account is being played from?
- Order/Transaction numbers and the date from Platinum purchases? (Please attach a screenshot)
